Young Audiences - "RESKAPÉS" Show

Two survivors, a few bamboo stalks, some worn-out curtains, and a whole world to rebuild. Blending circus, music, and clowning, RESKAPÉS transforms the ruins into a poetic, fragile, and luminous playground.

As the sole survivors of a shipwreck that claimed an entire circus troupe, two ring attendants try to put together a new show using the few items they managed to salvage from the sea. Using fragments of sets, mementos, and scraps of string, they cobble together a makeshift stage where carnival characters, improbable acrobatics, and flashes of humanity come to life.

Following *Radio Maniok*, which was presented in 2025, the Réunion-based company Cirquons Flex is back with *RESKAPÉS*, premiering at the PÔLE before its tour. Alongside Gilles Cailleau, the company’s two founders venture into the world of clowning for the first time, blending humor, resourcefulness, and melancholy. A revival, rewriting, and reinvention of the show *Tout l’univers en plus petit* created by the company Attention Fragile in 2009, this new production delicately explores themes of migration, survival, and solidarity. A fragile and luminous ode to those who continue to create despite the chaos.
