With the song of the cicadas in the background and the sea at our fingertips, we enter into a gentle, lively yoga practice, in harmony with the energy of the place.
Finally, we end our journey with a tasting of the estate's organic wines, carefully cultivated in the heart of this unspoilt natural setting.
