Existing for several centuries, the Foire de la Laine is a traditional festival held on Ascension Thursday.
Grimaud’s most traditional festival, which has been running for several centuries, is finally back, as it is every year, on Ascension Thursday!
On the programme for this idyllic day is a market featuring 100% handmade goods, set up all around Place Neuve: colours, textures and unique items await discovery at our exhibitors’ stalls, to everyone’s delight!
The giant farm with over 100 animals roaming freely is back on Place Neuve!
This is the day when you can watch sheep shearing and wool sorting demonstrations, take part in wool-themed workshops, go for pony rides or play giant Provençal wooden games.
The atmosphere will be electric with the Escandihado troupe roaming the square and their Provençal dance show at 12.00 pm, as well as other entertainment.
At 12.30 pm, an aperitif will be served to all.
You can enjoy the whole day thanks to our shaded food area.
