Take a stroll through the narrow streets of the village of Collobrières to get to the chestnut grove run by Sophie, a local producer, who will show you her skills, from growing chestnuts to making chestnut cream.
Come and meet a chestnut grower who will tell you all about her passion for chestnuts during a gourmet walk.
Between tradition and modernity, the Collobrières chestnut grove will hold no secrets for you!
Tending the orchard, grafting, flowering, the different transformations and chestnut/marron denominations. Tasting of chestnut cream and castagnade in autumn. Sale on the spot in season.
