The indoor and outdoor tables can accommodate 8 guests, but we have 10 beds and can rent the villa for 10 people if there are small children.

The villa is located on the private estate of La Californie hill and is enclosed by two villas in a very quiet, unoverlooked area.

A truly unique view accentuated by the creation of a 120m2 suspended terrace (a sea view as far as the eye can see, like a roof top in the middle of nowhere!)

The villa was completely renovated in 2023 (new woodwork, complete exterior and interior painting, new flooring, installation of a swimming pool and creation of a suspended terrace).

Please note that the swimming pool acts as a swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi in winter; but we don't have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
The 4.7 x 2.30 swimming pool is included in the price from May 1 to September 30.
For other periods, it can be used at extra cost.

The villa is ideally located for the village of Carqueiranne, the Presqu'île de Giens, the town of Hyères, the beaches of l'Almanarre and la Badine, and the port for the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

The Bergerie and Badine beaches are less than ten minutes away by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern tombolo, and the shallow waters make for safe, easy swimming opposite the Iles d'Or.
Ideal for swimming, the shallow waters extend for 200 to 300 meters.
The village's shops and bakery are a 5-minute drive away.
