You will be seduced by this house which has been entirely renovated. The house is very cosy and has a beautiful sea view. It is in the middle of a very nice garden full of mediterranean and exotic species on the Californian hill, a private domain well located between Hyères and Carqueiranne, close to the famous Almanarre beach, the airport and all amenities.
You will enjoy the peace of the area and you will be able to play petanque on the bowling ground or rest on the large wooden terrace around the little swimming pool.
If you enjoy hiking, you will have a large choice of hiking trails in the neigbourhood.
