Shiatsu is a practice that uses the fingers and palms of the hands to apply pressure along the meridians, the channels through which energy circulates.
Through a structuring and comforting touch, shiatsu provides deep relaxation by eliminating toxins, boosting the immune system and balancing the emotions.
Thanks to shiatsu, you feel relaxed, soothed and energised.
Shiatsu is performed on a futon.
A session lasts approximately one hour, dressed in soft, comfortable clothing.
