To get the year off to a great start, come along to the opening evening of the Université du Temps Libre d'Ollioules!
6:30 p.m.: Presentation of the UTLO 2026–2027 program, followed at 7:30 p.m. by a cocktail reception
8:30 p.m.: Dramatized reading of *PENN SARDIN*, written and performed by Jeanne Anna Simone and Mathilde Parmentier-Gieruszc, presented by the Douce theater company.
Strike songs, women’s stories, a tale of love and freedom. In the heart of 1920s Brittany, female workers at the Douarnenez canneries fight for their rights and dignity.
A dramatized reading adapted from the book *LE LIT CLOS* by Sophie Brocas and inspired by a true story that is as moving as it is relevant today.
