Stretching over 3km, Garda's coastline is rich in flora and fauna typical of Mediterranean shores. Both beautiful and fragile, it's important to preserve them. Come and discover them with a qualified guide.
In 2007, the municipality set up the underwater trail, based on a simple observation: you can only protect what you know. This educational trail allows visitors to discover the animal and plant species of our seabed.
While snorkeling, you can discover the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean from the surface. The buoys, equipped with a descriptive panel, present the environment and its animal and plant life. The diversity of underwater landscapes depends on the rocky cliffs surrounding the site. The absence of certain animals and plants is linked to various causes: season, pollution... The main one being human presence!
