Le Bureau d'Information Touristique de St Mandrier est situé à moins de 500 mètres du Ponton de St mandrier où vous accèderez en bateau bus depuis le ponton d'embarquement de Toulon lui-même situé à moins de 500m de la V65 (Rue Robert Guillemard. Il dispose d'un parc de stationnement pour 5 vélos juste devant son entrée. Il met à disposition un kit de réparation pour les petites avaries, une prise électrique de recharge de matériel électrique ainsi qu'une liste de loueurs et réparateurs de vélos, d'hébergements marqués Accueil Vélo et de nombreux documents dédiés aux itinéraires cyclables. Des sanitaires et un point d'eau potable sont situés sur la plage du canon à moins de 100 mètres.
