Le Bureau d'Information Touristique de Carqueiranne est situé à 650m de la piste cyclable (V65), boulevard de la liberté. Il met à disposition un kit de réparation pour les petites avaries, ainsi qu'une liste de loueurs et réparateurs de vélos, d'hébergements marqués Accueil Vélo et de nombreux documents dédiés aux itinéraires cyclables. Les toilettes les plus proches se situent à la capitainerie du Port, juste à côté de l’office de tourisme.
