Toulon Marche Nordique is an association affiliated to the UFOLEP multisports federation, which promotes Nordic walking in a friendly atmosphere by
organizing technical sessions, nature outings and training courses. 3 levels of practice are available: Well-being
advanced, sporty.
Technical sessions take place during the week at the Mourillon beaches and other locations, at different times according to levels.
