The Compagnie Théâtrale de L'Estelle Londaise is putting on a new theatre performance on Friday 11 September at the Salle Yann-Piat in La Londe-les-Maures.
The Compagnie Théâtrale de L'Estelle Londaise is pleased to present a new theatre production.
Don’t miss “L’amour foot”, a comedy by Robert Lamoureux performed by the Amphytrion theatre company.
“In a small rural village, the town is just recovering from a raid by a gang of young hooligans from Les Bronchettes, the town’s deprived neighbourhood. Eager to erase the memory of this riot and concerned for his political future, the mayor finds himself forced to accept Félicien Couré-Coulé – a football prodigy but also the ringleader of the rioters – into the local football team. If he refuses, Coraline Couré-Coulé, the player’s mother, threatens to reveal to the whole town that Félicien is none other than her biological son. Forced to agree, the mayor even capitalises on the young troublemaker’s footballing and media success – until his daughter-in-law is forced to confess that she is having an affair with him. And the mayor has other problems to contend with, ranging from political and financial malpractice to matters of the heart...”
