Mayor Mitchel doesn’t have a cat, but his son Mike is accused of murder.
And even though Mike is as smart as a bison, all the evidence points to his guilt. Defended by the family’s shady lawyer, will he be able to weather the repeated assaults from Douglas and Carrie, two incorruptible cops determined to bring him down?
Chaos theory says that the flutter of a butterfly’s wings in Sicily can cause a storm in Kansas. The four protagonists are about to find this out, trapped in a time loop that feels like a raging storm.
