The Monsieur K Company uncovers all the possibilities of this fruitful “nothingness”… Boredom really is the mother of invention! But does boredom really exist? Isn’t it rather the arrival of time that is finally available, open, and our own—time that, unfortunately, pulls us out of the frenzy of modern life? In his dance theater, where poetry is tinged with humor, Monsieur K explores this childhood freedom. Doing nothing—but doing it as well as possible, with all the senses alert—and idleness becomes grandiose and burlesque!
