The Truffle market in Grimaud

Place Neuve comes alive for the big gourmet market featuring local producers specialising in truffles! Come and celebrate this local treasure as you stroll through the aisles and discover a host of activities, workshops and tastings.

On Friday 6 February from 5pm to 9.30pm and on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February from 10am to 5pm, Grimaud invites you on a unique sensory journey to the heart of one of Provence's most delicious traditions: the truffle festival!

A seasonal product par excellence, truffles hold an important place in the hearts of the people of the Var. They enhance the region's flagship products in the most delightful way. It is no coincidence that many of our restaurants feature them on their winter menus.

Immerse yourself in the captivating aromas of this black diamond of the terroir, a culinary treasure that delights the taste buds and embodies the soul of our region.

The Truffle Festival weekend will be a veritable festival of discoveries.
You will have the opportunity to meet passionate truffle producers, take part in truffle hunting demonstrations with truffle dogs, and savour a multitude of refined dishes, where the truffle, queen of flavours, is presented in all its forms. Local chefs will be delighted to reveal the secrets of this exceptional delicacy during tastings and culinary workshops.

The programme also includes entertainment for young and old alike, concerts and opportunities to share your love of local produce in a friendly atmosphere.
