Salvadora Pavla, a former principal dancer at the Pradiz Opera, whose career as a star was cut short immediately after her appointment, had to open a dance school to make ends meet.
The school’s students are subjected to the excessive authority of this bitter and cantankerous teacher, who is herself at the mercy of the megalomaniacal whims of the deputy mayor—who is also the city’s president and commander-in-chief—who not only forces her to take on a particularly clumsy and eccentric new student but also imposes an incredibly ambitious and utopian project:
To have the school’s students dance alongside the principal dancers, Pietra Pasti and Sven Presto, in one of the greatest ballets of the classical repertoire!
