Spirulin'Azur supplies traditionally produced, French spirulina in flakes and tablet form. The farm is located within the Roquebrune-sur-Argens region, in the Var. It features 300 m² of basins, housed within greenhouses, and uses traditional production, harvesting and drying techniques, ensuring a high quality product. Routine and regular analysis also help ensure product traceability.
Jean-Baptiste Brunetaud, who oversees the farming and production, holds a Professional Certificate in Agricultural Management, with a speciality in spirulina. This former medical student accords great importance to sustainable, eco-friendly practices. In addition to providing a solution to many of our current nutrition problems, spirulina also offers a major solution to our future food problems. Which also explains why sustainable development has been a cornerstone of Spirulin'Azur's philosophy since it was first set up.
