Spectacle << IN DIFFERENCE >>

Circus show presented by Jef Everaert & Marica Marinona (Burgundy-Franche-Comté) Duration: 1 hour Ages 8 and up

Two artists, two Cyr wheels, two ways of embodying movement. With *IN DIFFERENCE*, Jef Everaert and Marica Marinoni transform their differences into a physical dialogue of rare intensity.
One seeks balance; the other embraces the fall. Through their contrasting personalities and their unique relationship with the Cyr wheel, Jef Everaert and Marica Marinoni explore what unites them as much as what divides them. On stage, the wheel becomes much more than a piece of equipment: it is a space for encounter, confrontation, and complicity where their bodies invent a shared language.
Through acrobatics, suspension, resistance, and play, the two circus artists deconstruct the traditional uses of the Cyr wheel to reveal its new possibilities. Movements echo one another, trajectories intersect, and differences become the driving force of creation. In this refined and virtuosic circus style, each artist pushes the other to surpass their own limits.
A winner of the 2025 Circusnext award, IN Difference offers a refined and magnetic contemporary circus experience, where human connection is expressed without words, within the constant tension between closeness and distance. A hypnotic duo that turns difference into a force for transformation.
