Originally a carpenter, Alain Caruso set up his own workshop in 1998 to embark on more personal research and share his artistic sensibility. He soon began designing furniture, decorative objects and sculptures.
In 2001, he registered with the Maison des Artistes as a decorative sculptor.
An anti-conformist, he rounds off the angles, creating forms with feminine and plant-like curves that stand like totem poles.
He creates his sculptures in the tranquillity of his studio in Cuers.
