The Mistral network covers the 12 communes of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area, with 53 land lines, 3 sea lines and 46 school services. It serves the town of Hyères and connects with boats from Porquerolles on line 67, and boats from the islands of Port-Cros and Levant on line 63 from downtown Hyères.

The 12 communes of the TPM metropolitan area served are : Six-Fours, la Seyne sur Mer, Saint-Mandrier, Ollioules, Le Revest les eaux, Toulon, La Valette du Var, La Garde, Le Pradet, Carqueiranne, La Crau and Hyères.
