The RENATUS association, initiated in 2008 by Marie-José ZUFFO-DELAS, was founded in 2009 in Sanary-sur-Mer.
RENATUS has been working in palliative care for 15 years.
Adheres to and supports SFAP - Société Française d'Accompagnement en soins palliatifs.
Recruits and trains future volunteer caregivers whom it supervises, coordinates and supports.
Organizes workshops for patients and their caregivers.
Contributes to the dissemination of information on palliative care and the importance of accompaniment, and promotes reflection on end-of-life issues and the Claeys-Léonetti Law.
