Pump Track

What is Pump-Track? It's a set of “green” tracks, i.e. made of earth and not concreted, which are safe and very fashionable, dotted with round obstacles and bends, and adapted to the level of each individual. The aim is not to pedal, but to use the obstacles, bumps and bends to gain as much speed as possible. This activity works the whole body. So, as well as being great fun, it's a particularly complete sport.
