At the edge of the pool, the relaxation and reconnection of Reiki, a natural practice, will release tension. Learning about inner calm will stimulate your intuition. Discovering your energy centres will bring vital energy back into your body, and well-being will once again take its place in your life
At the end of the morning, we'll take a break with a tasting of the Château's wines under the olive trees. Catering is not included, so please bring your own snacks.
