Play: Whose Fault Is It?

Presented by the City of Hyères as part of the “2026–2027 Season”

In middle school, Félix Roguier bullies his ex-girlfriend Bertheline Flamand. The parents of the two teenagers meet at a neighborhood bar, the Café des Amis, to try to resolve this dispute with civility and wisdom. The couples seem eager to show tolerance and restraint—which is normal when you’re an adult. Unfortunately, the discussion turns acrimonious, the masks come off, and the superficial courtesy is drowned in a sea of pettiness and recriminations… The calm of the beginning is now nothing more than a distant memory!
