Presentation

The Olbia underwater trail, less than 5 metres below the surface of the sea, allows you to admire the submerged archaeological remains opposite the site of Olbia, a Greek fortress that became Roman.
The walk takes you above the remains of a Roman quay, amid huge blocks of stone.
A little further on, the wreck of a Tartane wrecked in the 1860s can be seen at a depth of 3 metres.
Back towards the beach, a rocky base, the paleo-tombolo, is home to a wealth of life.

Underwater information panels are installed during the summer: the site is freely accessible to snorkelers and snorkelers.
Paid guided tours are also organized in July and August by the Hyères Tourist Office.

Depth: 5 meters
Level of difficulty: very easy
