Your dinner will take place at the Gioa restaurant from 9pm in the 1st part of the evening, followed by FEVER Night at the VIP ROOM, where you'll be dancing the night away!
You'll stay for 2 nights in a residence with parking, a 5-minute walk from the VIP ROOM and the city center.
Your New Year's Eve Menu (excluding drinks):
- Champagne Welcome and Gourmet Appetizers
- Our Foie gras au Torchon, toasted brioche & Fig Chutney
- Lobster ravioli with shellfish stock
- Tarragon Sorbet with Vodka
- Filet of Charolais beef Rossini style, with foie gras, on a bed of brioche
- OR Saint-Pierre with citrus fruit & champagne sabayon
- Brie de Meaux with Truffle
- La Farandole de desserts: chocolate fondant, Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Tropézienne & Mignardises
