Come and celebrate the New Year in a magical setting, in the heart of the vineyards of Château Pas du Cerf in La Londe les Maures.
Come to Château Pas du Cerf for New Year's Eve from 7pm.
A festive evening awaits you!
Enjoy a refined dinner by Le Cercle Project, accompanied by the Château's wines and champagne.
Live music, extracts from my one-man show, a musical by Macaluso, surprises and a dance floor from the cocktail hour at 7pm.
- Aperitif:
cocktail sparkling welcome and refined mignardises
- Starter:
Gravlax of salmon with dill sauce buckwheat popcorn
or
Opera of foie gras with tonka pear and gingerbread base
or
Ravioles of chioga stuffed with lemon, citrus vinaigrette (vg)
- Main course:
Sauce-crusted salmon with sweet and sour mustard sauce, butternut & chestnut confit
or
Stuffed guinea fowl, cherry sauce, mashed potato with olive oil
or
Ravioles stuffed with truffle, porcini cream with parmesan shavings, winter flowers (vg)
