Presentation

Guided tours narrated by Laurent Pavlidis, director of the Maritime History Museum at the Citadel of Saint-Tropez
As part of the exhibition “My Beautiful Ship, O My Memory: Sailors from Saint-Tropez in the Age of Passenger Liners and Cargo Ships, from the Mid-19th Century to the Present,” taking place in the Jean-Despas Hall from October 31 to November 22, 2026, Laurent Pavlidis, Curator of the Maritime History Museum at the Citadel of Saint-Tropez, will invite us to guided tours featuring storytelling about the ex-votos in the SainteAnne, depicting ocean liners from the major shipping companies from the mid-19th century to the present day, and will thus recount snippets of the lives of the people of Saint-Tropez—captains and sailors alike—many of whom sailed the world’s oceans.
