In November, the City is getting involved in Movember, the month dedicated to raising awareness about men's health.
In November, the City is getting involved in Movember, the month dedicated to raising awareness about men’s health. A screening, a few minutes to take stock… and perhaps a simple habit that changes everything! Several free events are being offered throughout the month. On the schedule: a concert by the Cantadis Men’s Choir, a Movember film screening and discussion, and the Movember Blue Walk.

CANTADIS MEN’S CHOIR CONCERT - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 > 4:00 p.m. – Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption Church
A beautiful, musical, and friendly gathering to come together for an essential cause: taking care of your health.

(all proceeds will be donated to the League Against Cancer)
MOVEMBER FILM AND DISCUSSION TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24 > 8:30 p.m. – Six n’étoiles
Through film and discussion, this evening will provide an opportunity to talk about men’s health, prevention, screening, and the importance of not facing health issues alone in a new light.

MOVEMBER BLUE WALK SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29 > 10:00 a.m. – Start and finish:

Come walk with us to spread the message of prevention and remind everyone that
taking care of your health also means talking about it, getting screened, and taking action at the right time.
Free and open to everyone; no registration required.
