High quality pepper, salt and spice mills

"Having always been passionate about wood, I have been making a living from my passion since 2018.
After noticing that pepper mills never worked as well as I wanted them to (especially for large wet salt), my goal was to make elegant, efficient and ergonomic pepper, salt and spice mills: Brondel Mills were born!
The Brondel mills are therefore :
- Elegant because I have thought about harmonious shapes. Three shapes are currently available:
- the traditional shape;
- the cylindrical shape;
- the square shape for some models.
- Efficient because they are equipped with a Danish reference mechanism: its grinding wheel is made of ceramic and can be completely dismantled.
This mechanism is stainless.
It is designed to grind at least 200 kg of pepper, wet salt and spices (e.g. cumin, linseed).
The grinder can be adjusted from very fine to very coarse grind by means of a knob.
- Ergonomic because you only have to pull the cap to fill the mill.
I have also designed a wide neck that allows easy filling.
Moreover, out of conviction, I only use French wood except for the olive wood which comes from Calabria (Italy).
