Mini-rando, self-defense initiation and sunset aperitif

Women's seaside outing

After a successful 1st edition in 2024, Femmes en Défense is once again teaming up with Rando Tours Hyères to bring you a friendly women's event on Saturday May 3 from 4.30pm:

- 1-hour walk along the seafront, easy level
- self-defense introductory course open to all ages 14 and over, and suitable for all fitness levels
- sunset with a drink and return to the starting point at 8:00 pm (precise location to be announced).

Registration compulsory and open to people aged 16 and over.

In the event of bad weather, the outing will be cancelled.
