12:00 p.m.: Arrival of artisans and setup of booths, the kitchen, and the refreshment stand

Friday, July 24:
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Tahitian breakfast (open to the public)
10:00 a.m.: Opening of the Polynesian Village
11:00 a.m.: Entertainment on Canon Beach
12:30 p.m.: Lunch and entertainment show in the square
5:00 p.m.: Ukulele workshop at the bandstand
5:30 p.m.: Show
Adult fruit-carrying race
6:00 PM: Percussion performance
8:00 PM: Entertainment and welcome reception for dinner and show (reservation required)
9:00 PM: Veal dinner
