Malaka

MALAKA is a duo formed by sisters Laurina and Sacha, who blend folk, soul, and Afro-Creole influences.

Their voices intertwine in harmonies that are both luminous and powerful, carried by an organic foundation in which Timothée Faure’s percussion adds depth and grounding to their music.
Drawing inspiration from their roots, they explore themes such as origin, cultural fusion, and intimacy. Having made a name for themselves on stage with over 250 concerts in just three years, the two sisters’ chemistry is palpable: guitar, percussion, and spellbinding harmonies create a moment suspended between intensity and letting go.
MALAKA has established itself as one of the most influential bands on the French music scene.
