Ideally located in the heart of Provence Verte, between Mont Sainte-Victoire and the Sainte-Baume, the Terres de Saint Hilaire family estate offers a privileged environment of 150 hectares of vines, over a total area of 1,500 hectares. Discover endearing wines and carefully selected local produce to accompany them!

For over 15 years, we've been committed to creating a balanced vineyard at Terres de Saint Hilaire, a veritable laboratory for a variety of demanding grape varieties: grenache, syrah, cinsault and carignan, typical of Provence; but also rolle, clairette and cabernet-sauvignon, which are more atypical.
We are committed to adapting a grape variety to each plot, each terroir, on our 150 ha of vines. And while the average age of the vineyard is around twenty years, our oldest vines - some Cabernet Sauvignon - were planted in 1967-68!
The result is highly specific reds and whites: far removed from the highly standardized tasting criteria of wine competitions, these are exciting wines to discover, which introduce wine-lovers to the vivid emotions of the ultimate expression of a terroir. Wines that tell the story of Terres de Saint Hilaire.
The same goes for our rosés, which tell the story of Provence in all its rich and diverse aromas.
