In 2025, the Les Roches Rouges hotel in Saint-Raphaël is writing a new chapter in its history by the sea.

This year, it unveils new rooms, a brand-new cocktail bar, a brand-new restaurant, Estelo, and La Chicoula, a convivial guinguette between beach and gardens, extending the festive spirit of the Côte d'Azur. On the gastronomic front, the Michelin-starred Récif restaurant enters a new era under the leadership of new Chef Alexandre Baule, ready to bring the flavours of the Mediterranean to life with precision and creativity.
