Sale of rosé, white and red wines from our production. Our vineyards represent around 190 Ha of PDO and 20 Ha of PGI. Spread over the whole of our very hilly commune, we find restanques, hillsides and small plateaus.
Located in the heart of Provence, the terroir is mainly clay-limestone and stony, and the dry, sunny climate brings balance to the vines, resulting in aromatic, fruity, fresh wines that are typical of our region.
Endemic grape varieties are favored: grenache and cinsault for rosés, syrah and cabernet for reds, and rolle for whites. This diversity of grape varieties makes for a complex blend of wines, each bringing its own particular aromas.
Founded in 1925, the Caves de l'Amiral today brings together 40 cooperative winegrowers from Entrecasteaux.
