Le Pavillon Thaï invites you on a culinary journey to Thailand. Discover tasty, spicy dishes prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. Let yourself be seduced by the warm atmosphere and authenticity of our cuisine.
Le Pavillon Thaï opened its doors in July 2013 in Hyères, bringing with it a breath of authentic Thai cuisine. From its humble beginnings, this restaurant has quickly become a benchmark for exotic food lovers in the region. Thanks to a combination of traditional recipes, exquisite flavours and warm surroundings, Le Pavillon Thaï has built up a solid reputation. Today, the restaurant's legacy is in the hands of Nathathaï and Jeff, two Thai cuisine enthusiasts who are ready to write a new chapter in this wonderful story.
Nathathaï and Jeff, renowned restaurateurs in Toulon with their flagship establishment ‘Le Nathathaï’ in Le Mourillon, were chosen by the previous owners to take over Le Pavillon Thaï. It was a natural decision, given their expertise and passion for Thai cuisine. Originally from the same region as the previous owners, Nathathaï and Jeff felt an immediate connection with the place and its history. They have preserved the soul of the restaurant while adding their own personal touch, creating a place where every meal is a journey to the heart of Thailand.
Nathathaï and Jeff have brought with them their culinary expertise and their love of fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. The menu has been subtly adjusted to enrich the customer experience, while retaining the iconic dishes that have made the restaurant famous. Each dish is an invitation to discover the delicate aromas and flavour combinations that define Thai cuisine, all in a setting that is both modern and respectful of tradition.
