Oil produced only from the estate's own olives. No external supplementation of the harvest. Our batches of olives brought to the mill in Aups are crushed separately from any other batch. The varieties are Aglandau, Cayon, Bouteillan and Salonenque.

In 2016, we began the restoration of this estate.
The olive grove, which covers about 4 hectares between forests and fallow areas, was then in a wild state.
After a lot of hard work, this field of olive trees has allowed us for the last 3 years to offer you a green fruity olive oil with subtle and fresh flavours, with the smell of greenery and Provence.
Our olive oil is made up mainly of the characteristic varieties of the region, namely Aglandau, Bouteillan, Cayon and Salonenque, and benefits from the PDO Huile de Provence designation.
We always take great care of our land. Little by little we give it back its richness by reviving the life that is in it. It is this soil which, through its quality, will provide the organic matter and trace elements necessary for the development of our olive trees and therefore our olives.
Our production comes exclusively from our olives and we practice organic farming.
