No country without peasants! Follow the crazy adventure that will make you goat. It's the story of a young, passionate couple who dream of raising goats, but above all of making the 1st goat's milk ice cream in the Var.
The cheese is made on site in the traditional way, as are their famous "farmhouse" ice creams. Several flavors are available: caramel, chocolate, pastis, thyme, coffee... Their products have won several medals at the regional farm competition in Brignoles.
Their products are also sold on site, or at the markets and fairs they attend.
Their beautiful biquettes with their twisted horns form a herd of around sixty animals, grazing in the meadows around the farm. A number of other guests are also on hand to round off a delightful visit: draught horses, donkeys, chickens, pigs...
