Le Bureau d'Information Touristique de la Crau est situé à 3,8km de la piste cyclable située sur le Chemin Long. Il met à disposition un kit de réparation pour les petites avaries, ainsi qu'une liste de loueurs et réparateurs de vélos, d'hébergements marqués Accueil Vélo et de nombreux documents dédiés aux itinéraires cyclables. Les toilettes les plus proches se situent à moins de 300m de l’office de tourisme..
