Un cadre chaleureux et des plats savoureux, le restaurant l'Orangeraie a tout pour plaire. Mais outre le décor naturel et les talents du chef, le restaurant bénéficie d'un petit plus qui séduit les adeptes du bon, du bio et du local. Ici, plantes aromatiques, légumes et fruits sont cultivés au sein de la serre qui jouxte l'hôtel. Tout est travaillé selon les principes de l’agriculture biologique, de la permaculture et de l’aquaponie pour les cuisines du restaurant. "De la serre à l'assiette", difficile d'imaginer circuit plus court !
