L'esca-lab: coworking

Sharing a place, a kitchen, a coffee machine, an idea. It's at La Belle Place, the very first Co-Working space in Hyères.

Its two-hundred-year-old walls house 150m2 of workstations and a meeting room equipped for ten people.

For everyone, coffee breaks are taken in a communal kitchen, people are happy to see each other in the morning, or just as if, and good tips are passed on to each other - in short, it's a shared space.

Several formulas are available. You can rent a meeting room for 10 people for a half-day or a full day. It is equipped with an adjoining kitchen, with a removable partition to keep the peace and quiet. WiFi HD and Fiber, RJ45 sockets, network printer, additional desks, video-conferencing TV... It's all there!

The decor is cosy. It oscillates between antique objects and warm, colorful hues. Spaces and workstations are clearly delineated. Each room has its own calm, relaxing atmosphere.

A pleasant, bright, air-conditioned place to work in the best possible conditions, dedicated to those who like to share. La Belle Place welcomes workers: the self-employed, salaried employees, workers on vacation, workers for a day or forever... It offers them a pleasant place to put down their computers and thoughts, to exchange contacts and ideas.
