Le Bureau d'Information Touristique d’Hyères est situé à 850m de la piste cyclable qui longe l’avenue Léopold Ritondale et le trajet pour rejoindre le BIT est en grande partie sur une zone cyclable. Il est desservi par de multiples pistes cyclables et voies vertes dans le cœur de ville. Il met à disposition un kit de réparation pour les petites avaries, ainsi qu'une liste de loueurs et réparateurs de vélos, d'hébergements marqués Accueil Vélo et de nombreux documents dédiés aux itinéraires cyclables. Les toilettes les plus proches se situent sur la place Clémenceau à proximité.
