House T2 - 4 people

This small house of 37 square meters with sea view from the living room and the outside terrace consists of:
- Inside: heated or air-conditioned unit
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room for 4 people (fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary equipment for the preparation of meals.
A living room with a sofa bed, dining table facing the sea and television.
A bedroom equipped with a double bed (on request, we can install two 80cm bunk beds for children separated from the double bed by a curtain). This room has a window door leading to an outside passageway equipped with a small basin for washing or rinsing, a drying rack and a small table for lunch.
A separate shower room with shower and washbasin
A separate toilet.
An independent laundry room, located in the lower part of the house with a washing machine, shelves, deckchairs, plancha...) and equipped with a shower (summer) and a WC.
- Outside: in a fenced area of about 50 square metres, a car park for one car, a relaxation area not overlooked, a terrace with an arbour and a sea view.
The house is located 300 meters from the port of Le Brusc, with all its amenities (shops, restaurants, bike rentals, canoes, boats, windsurfing, paddle, nautical society ...), 500 meters from the beaches, 200 meters from the creeks of the Gaou islands. Boat shuttle to the island of Embiez, port of Sanary, Bandol, as well as distribution by BUS. Le Brusc is located 10 km from a motorway exit or a railway station.
NB: once parked, your stay can be done on foot: shopping, beaches, hiking, sea, restaurants .....
