Accompanied by guide Laurence Lassalle, come and discover the geological wealth of the Massif des Maures in Collobrières on Sunday 21 September at 10am and 2.30pm.
To mark the European Heritage Days, the town of Collobrières has decided to highlight the geology of the Maures massif.
The aim of the guided tour of the village of Collobrières is to bring to the attention of a wide audience the richness and complexity of the geology of the Maures massif, set in its evolutionary context.
Special emphasis will be placed on the geology of the Collobrières region, with a visit to the museum that houses mineralogical treasures and the "Socle de Provence" UNESCO Geopark certification project run by the Var department.
A looping circuit through the village, punctuated by 9 stations, will enable you to explore each point of particular interest and get a clear and simple overview of all the phenomena.
