As the tour unfolds, Michel will tell you anecdotes about Provencal recipes and traditions, while you sample local specialties such as cade, Provence Méditerranée wines accompanied by tapenade or anchoïade, bourride or aïoli (depending on the season) tasted in the heart of Les Halles.
