What to expect The tour begins at the famous Cours Lafayette market, a landmark of Toulon life. Accompanied by your enthusiastic local guide, you'll discover some of Provence's most famous products. Along the way, the guide shares anecdotes and Provencal culinary traditions, while suggesting several tasting stops. In particular, you'll taste cade, Provence-Mediterranean wines accompanied by tapenade or anchoïade, then a dish tasted in the heart of Les Halles: bourride, depending on the season, or aïoli. The tour concludes with a coffee accompanied by Toulon cookies, served on Place Camille Ledeau at Cafés Maurice. A sensory and cultural immersion to the rhythm of downtown Toulon.
