Golf de Valcros

The Valcros golf course offers golfers wishing to take a leisurely stroll a magnificent view of lush, unspoilt countryside
It also provides an opportunity to test their power and accuracy. The course is short but quite difficult, with blind tees, narrow fairways and numerous out-of-bounds shots.
The Valcros course is not very long, a little hilly, technical and players enjoy it.

Created in 1964 from plans by F. Hawtree, in the foothills of the Massif des Maures at an altitude of 5,270 m, the Golf de Valcros spreads out its 18 holes over 50 hectares, following the course of a pretty stream, the Maravenne. Fairways, bunkers and greens are skilfully laid out, surrounded by olive and oleander trees, in the heart of a cork oak forest.
