An agricultural engineer with a passion for botany, the former owner of this 2,000 m² plot of land brought back seeds from his many travels, which he scattered on this beautiful flat piece of land on the riverbank.
The foliage of a large sycamore maple (Aceraceae), pecan tree (Carya illinoinensis), Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica), incense cedar (Calocedrus decurrens), Caucasian walnut (Pterocarya fraxinifolia Spatch), pine (Pinus pinea L.), tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera L.), American red oak (Quercus rubra L.), holm oak (Quercus ilex L.), willow oak (Quercus phellos L.), yew sequoia (Sequioa sempervirens), etc., offer a setting that is conducive to strolling and reverie.
