Part 2: The Revolution Is Coming
Through five portraits of her loved ones—all figures of resistance—Pegah Ahangarani traces the intimate narrative of her life. Drawing on her personal archives, family videos, images of protests, press articles, and audio recordings, she traverses more than forty years of Iranian history. From the early upheavals of 1979 to the war that broke out in 2026, she weaves a dialogue between individual memory and collective history, painting a portrait of a country marked by political repression yet relentlessly driven by the desire for freedom and the hope of a revolution.
